Exhibit booths are still available for the 2002 Canadian Independent Power Trade Show. We advise that you reserve your space soon because space is limited and sites are selling out as quickly as they did last year. All booths are 10' by 8, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Payment is necessary to confirm  your location. Invoices will be sent by fax once you have reserved your booth.

When your reservation payment is received your name will be passed on to our exposition services company, who will be able to arrange for furniture, equipment and other services. A floor plan is attached showing the locations remaining. Please indicate your first, second and third choices, in case some have been taken since the floor plan was last received. Other details are:

Cost:  $1300 (if paid before September 1, 2001), otherwise $1500 plus 7% GST
   (GST is refundable for non-Canadians)
Size:  10' wide x 8' deep, all available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Double and Triple size booths available.
Includes: One Free Conference pass per single booth and 2 staff passes per single booth
Set-up:  1 pm  until Midnight on Sunday, October 27, 2002
Opening: 9 am Monday, October 28, 2002
Reception: 5 pm to 6 pm Monday, October 28, 2002
Closing:  3:30 pm Tuesday, October 29, 2002, following the afternoon coffee break
Tear-Down: 3:30 pm  until 10 pm Tuesday, October 29, 2002
(Please note: Neither IPPSO nor the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel take responsibility for any exhibit materials not removed by 10 pm Tuesday,
 October 29, 2002. The hotel warns that its practice is to dispose of any exhibit materials that remain after that time unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance)

Dedicated Exhibit Times: On Day One from 9:45 am to 10:30 am and on Day Two from 10 am to 10:45 am. As at last year’s event the lunch break is one and a half hours on both days. The sponsored coffee breaks, luncheons and reception will be held in the Trade Show attracting  all Conference activity. A wide range of sponsorship opportunities are available. There is a cancellation fee of $150 before September 1. No cancellations can be accepted after September 1. We can supply material to help you promote your display to your customers.
